Homework and The Bee Musical Information

As you area aware, tomorrow is showtime!

Becky's class are performing at 11:15
Aoife's class are performing at 11:45

Please make sure you arrive on timeso you don't miss out on any of the wonderful acting. 

Please note: All plays will be recorded and a link sent to parents to view them. We ask that you don't record or photograph the plays.

If you would like to take your child home after the performance rather than coming back agian for pick-up, please remember to send us a quick email to let us know.

Aoife's Class only:

Aoife's class are trialing a new spelling program called 'Spellings for me'. This has already been explained to the class. If you would like any information please see this link https://www.spellingsforme.ie/, otherwise, please feel free to email me (Aoife) your queries.

The link for children to access their page is: https://belmayne-etns.spellingsforme.ie 

The username and password is child dependent. It will be your child's first name + the first letter of their surname + the number 1.

The password is the same as above username.

e.g. my username and password would be: aoifem1

I have explained to the children what they can do for now and more detail will be provided with homework from January onward. Basically, for now, I need to see what words they know how to spell. Please do not help them with the spelling at this stage as it is a way for me to track where they currently are. This will all make more sense in January.

Script for 3rd Class Performance - The Bee Musical Please note: We will be adapting the script over the next couple of weeks, so have decided not to print it yet. Anyone who would like to audition for a 'bigger' part should choose a page or two to rehearse ahead of the mini auditions tomorrow. I (Aoife) reccommend practising the 'Grumble Bee' lines as it will give a good indication of who is suited to which role. Grumble Bee has to show a range of emotions and has a number of lines. Remember, just practise a page or two worth of lines - the audition will not be long.
